The House

The house has been in the hands of a British couple for almost 30 years and they have lovingly restored, modernised and generally breathed love and life into the house in equal measures. They have created a sanctuary within the most idyllic setting in the Combefa region of France.

This is a rare opportunity to part own a large beautiful house with stunning grounds and land, whilst only paying for a seventh of the maintenance and upkeep costs. The house is fully furnished to an exceptional standard with many antique pieces helping to retain the authenticity and history of the property.

Over the years the house has seen its fair share of family and friends who have fallen in love with the place and feel like it is their second home. This is definitely a house for people who appreciate peace, beauty and a sense of belonging.

The house offers multiple seating areas which means that even if the house is filled to capacity there are lots of internal and external seating areas which offer a sense of space and privacy.

Even though the house feels like you are in a remote and tranquil setting you are in reality close to lots of local amenities and tourist attractions, including a variety of good restaurants, vineyard trails, medieval hill-top villages, outdoor pursuits and a wealth of activities for children.

The house is tastefully fitted out with furniture and equipment including specially chosen ornaments and decorations. There are some beautiful artwork and sculptures throughout the property.
